Pre-Orders Are Reservations
Placing a pre-order on m0tionclub.com is a reservation, not a purchase. No payment is collected at the time of reservation. When the drop window closes, items are produced based on reservations received. Before your order ships, you will receive a payment link by email; payment completes the purchase.
Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation at any time before payment, at no cost, by contacting us or ignoring the payment link. Reservations with unpaid payment links may be released after 14 days.
Production & Shipping
Items are made in a one-time limited run and are expected to ship within 6–8 weeks of the drop window closing. Timelines are estimates and may shift; we'll keep you updated by email. Serial numbers are assigned in order of reservation.
Returns & Exchanges
Because items are produced to order in a limited run, all sales are final once paid, except for defective or incorrect items — contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Intellectual Property
All Motion Club designs, logos, artwork, and content on this site are the property of Motion Club and may not be reproduced without permission.
General
We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your reservation applies to that reservation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
